Dec. 12, 2017—At least 62 vehicles were seized recently by Texas authorities, as part of an investigation of odometer fraud at an Arlington used-car dealer, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

The ongoing case involves Little Texas Auto Group on West Division Street in Arlington.

Officials with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicle and Tarrant Regional Auto Crimes Task Force have been investigating the Arlington group for weeks.

Authorities went to two Little Texas Auto Group locations on West Division Street on Sept. 21 and confiscated the vehicles in question. So far, the dealerships remain open.

According to the Star-Telegram, one customer checked their vehicle’s service record and found their odometer had been rolled back by more than 40,000 miles.
