May 4, 2018—Over the last decade, the Genesis brand has increasingly become a player in the luxury car realm, and an article took a close examination of the Hyundai luxury brand’s technology—some of which might become common throughout the industry soon. Included in that list: the Genesis intelligent assistant, along with multiple other technological elements.

The Genesis Motors intelligent assistant utilizes connected-car technology. The feature gives drivers at-a-glance information about the vehicle’s upcoming maintenance requirements, tire pressures, and more. Finally, Genesis owners can also use their smartphone to control in-vehicle climate elements, or sync the intelligent assistant with their calendar or favorite points of interest.

Among the luxury brand’s typical vehicle tech features are outward-looking hazard detection, and an ability for its vehicles to detect owners as they approach in a dark parking lot and automatically activate exterior lighting.
