Feb. 6, 2019—A South Carolina dealership celebrated a re-grand opening of its completed remodel, MDJ Online reports. Orangeburg's Superior Honda of Orangeburg, S.C., developed a showroom, and remodeled sales and financial offices during the renovation.

According to MDJ Online, new bathrooms, a customer lounge, a quiet lounge, and a new heating and cooling system were added into the mix.

"It was more involved than we had anticipated," dealership owner, Jimmy Guthrie said to MDJ Online.  "Honda has different things to make the dealership more functional and more customer friendly."

The renovation also gives the dealership open office space with more glass, MDJ Online reports.

"It gives customers a feeling of ease," Guthrie said to MDJ Online. "It allows them [staff] to see what everyone is doing and makes sure when someone comes on the lot we don't miss them."

According to MDJ Online, the remodel began in the fall of 2016 and was finished in early March of 2018.
