FCA CEO Issues Employee Email on Leadership Changes

Dec. 6, 2018—Fiat Chrysler Automobiles CEO Mike Manley today issued an email to FCA employees worldwide.

He announced additional changes to the leadership team, effective immediately. 

The changes included naming Mark Stewart as chief operating officer of the North America region, Niel Golightly as the global chief communications officer, Mike Keegan as the chief audit, sustainability and compliance officer. 

Stewart joins FCA from Amazon, Golightly comes from Shell Oil Company and Keegan served previously as global head of communications for FCA. Keegan is replacing Alessandro Baldi who announced his intent to retire in the first quarter of 2019.
