N.Y. Dealership Wins 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence

June 2, 2017—It was announced today that out of 2,600 nationwide Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships, Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is one of 387 that has earned the 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence certification from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US LLC (FCA US).

The official award ceremony will take place on June 6 at 11 a.m. at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge located at 4007 Boston Road in Bronx, N.Y. Zachary Kentor, head of customer experience at FCA US Northeast Business Center, is expected to attend, along with other influential management from FCA US. All Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram management and staff will also join the ceremony.

By achieving the Customer First Award for Excellence, FCA US dealerships are recognized by consumers as leaders in customer sales and service experience.

"We're especially proud of this award as it is a testament to the people who work here. I very much look forward to honoring and celebrating with those who made it happen," said Brian Dennis, owner of Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

FCA US created the Customer First Award for Excellence with its dealer partners and J.D. Power to improve customer satisfaction with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships in the US with a specific focus on the sales and service experience, employee training and facility conditions.

All 2,600 nationwide Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships are eligible to pursue and earn this prestigious award on an annual basis. Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is now in the top 15 percent of US dealerships that have achieved stringent goals in five core "pillars" to earn the coveted Customer First Award for Excellence designation: Facility Certification, Performance Measures, Training Certification, Employee Surveys and Process Validation.

Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram serves the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Westchester.
