Fixed Ops Business is Now FIXED

Fixed Ops Business, which we launched in April 2017, is now FIXED.

Why? Well, I’ll get to that in a moment here.

In all, this is our 17th issue of our publication, and in each one, we’ve stuck to the same philosophy: This is your magazine; it was created for you, the men and women operating the service centers, parts departments and collision repair shops at dealerships across the country. Our goal is to provide content that offers critical, tangible and actionable business-building strategies to help you improve. The only way we succeed as a publication is by helping you become more successful.

That approach is simple. Carrying it out can be a little more complicated sometimes. That’s why a continuous focus on improvement is at the forefront of all we do.

That’s where the name change comes in.

This is the next step in the brand’s evolution, and part of a larger strategic plan to create the most progressive brand serving fixed operations professionals. The name Fixed Ops Business was a strong launching point to enter the market with a more literal way of describing what our publication is all about; it’s why it’ll remain a part of our who we are—through our tagline, URL and additional elements, as well. But the move to FIXED indicates a more streamlined approach to delivering the content that will help your dealerships progress.

You’ll notice some subtle changes to our layouts and design, and a more tightly focused package of stories each month. But, really, if our adjustments were effective, you won’t notice a whole lot else. We’re still focused on delivering the information you need to improve. We’re still focused on being your go-to resource for the strategies you need to be successful. And we’ll keep growing and improving right along with you. Let’s keep progressing.
