June 21, 2018—The Alpha Auto Group, a dealership group based out of Toronto, announced on Monday it had purchased the Oregon-based Wilsonville Group.

The Wilsonville Group is a two-store operation that consists of Wilsonville Toyota and Subaru. Those two dealership locations combined to move 8,000 retail units last year.

“The acquisition of the Wilsonville Group is a transformative moment for AAG, as it establishes a large and highly profitable U.S. platform from which to expand and grow our U.S. footprint,” the Alpha Auto Group said in a news release.
